Met On The Internet

I think that meeting people online is just as risky as meeting people with the regular methods. When I first told my mom I had met people this way, she thought I was a loon! When I pointed out how sane the men I had met in more `traditional` ways were, she saw that I wasn`t completely out to lunch.

While I went out with a few duds, people that seemed great online or on the phone but were washouts in person, in 1999 I met the most wonderful man near where I lived. We dated , moved in together three years + later and three months later, in the wee hours of 2003, he proposed, and we`re getting married in October. You can get to know someone very well via email! You take chances no matter how you meet people! This worked out well for me!
