Wedding Rehearsal Party

Should out-of-town house guests of the bride or groom`s parents be invited to the wedding rehearsal dinner.

I was reading in a wedding planning book and it said that it`s up to the couple on whether or not. It mentions making sure it`s in the budget to have extra people for dinner. Hope this helps!!
