Wedding Planner Information

I just got married and loved planning it and miss dealing with all the details of a wedding so I am looking into becoming a wedding planner along with my mother. I would like to know the steps you take, if you need a liences, and how spendy it can be in the beginning to get it started. Any information is good information.
