Worse Customer Service At House Of Brides

House of Brides made a mistake with one of the bridesmaid order and shipped the wrong color. The wedding is in a couple of weeks and they do not care at all. Received rude service from Beth at the customer service, no response or return call from the manager - Joan. She is aware of the problem and will not even help at all. This is after numerous phone calls and emails to her. The WORSE customer service I have experienced from an ecommerce site. The only person that is trying to help us is Anna - but doubt if she will stick around since she is the only one that cares.

Do NOT order from them - go to your local bridal store instead.
