Thanks for your responses. I feel better today than I did on yesterday. My fiance admitted to me that he wanted me in a white dress because of what he thought people would think if I was in an ivory dress. He apologized and repented and realized that our wedding has nothing to do with the personal opinions of the public and that it really didn`t matter to him, because I`m going to look beautiful to him either way. (isn`t he wonderful?) I just decided that whatever dress I see that I like, ivory or white, that`s what I will wear. The bridesmaids dresses will be metallic gold (shimmery-like) and the males will wear black tuxs with metallic gold printed vests and/or accessories, according to if they get a band collar suit or not. The ivory color will be part of my decorations in the church and reception area. I welcome any other suggestions you may have. Thanks a whole lot.
