Red Blothes On My Neck

Hi, I have blothes on my neck that really looks like sunburn but its in line as if ive had a top on and got sun burnt with it on. I`ve had creams and anti bios from the doctor but they have not worked and im off work now as stress seems to make it worth. I have also been to a chinese doc and got some herbal remedies
Cream and tablets but nothing works its really getting me down. I have just gone for blood tests to see if its hormonal. Can anyone help as to whats my next step
