Free Trip And Gifts
Hi I just got a call today..and I was surpirsed to be honest..and maybe a bit excited as planning a wedding is expensive and a nice long weekend sounded so good!...My Fiance was like "scam"! I was like well how bad can it be...Has anyone gotten the free trip and actually gone away? How was it? was it what they promised it would be?

Angela,
I too got an offer of a honeymoon package which is "supposedly" all inclusive 3days 2nights. My fiance` and I are supposed to sit through a 90 minute cooking show. We`re gonna try it out, but I`m still kinda skeptical. Do you have to do this as well? I will let you know what I find out.

Hi Jamie,
Thanks for responding! When I spoke to the representative..I asked if there were any hidden costs, etc with excepting the free trip...and she said no hidden costs at all..that we would only have to see through a 30 min seminar about china we may want for our wedding. I didn`t set up an appt. As they were having it in LaGuardia and we had plans last weekend...I guess they will call back...but I am very skeptical. Have you made an appt? When will you be attending? Thanks Angela

From what I understand, there will be a group of people that sit in on a cooking session. They present waterless and greaseless cookware. It will be for 90 minutes this Saturday evening. They claim that there will be no purchase necessary, but I`m sure they`ll try to do their best to pressure us into buying some cookware at a "discounted" rate. I`ll be sure to post back on Monday and let you know how it goes.

Angela,
I went to the cooking seminar on Saturday night and it was legit! We sat through the 90 minute cookware seminar, they gave us some samples of the food they cooked and then they left us with the option to buy their cookware. They gave us a voucher that`s good for 3 days/2 nights all inclusive to our choice of 6 destinations...2 in Mexico, 3 in Dominican Republic, or 1 in the Bahamas. The only catch was that we have to pay for our own airfare, which I`m guessing that if it`s booked early enough, shouldn`t be all that expensive. Let me know if you decide to go this route as well! Good luck!!
