Budget-Bride
I have wanted to order from budget-bride but I can`t seem to get a phone number to call them or even a valid mailing address. Can someone, anyone please give me budget-bride.com phone number and address. Or tell me of a company that has similar products and prices. I am trying to plan my wedding and would love to call this company if for anything to let them know how I`ve been unable to get a reponse to my numerous emails to them or to locate a phone number or an address to them. How can a company expect you to order from them when they don`t give you this information. Just a way to order by giving your credit card information online. I like to be able to talk to a person at the companies I order from. Thank you for your help. Theresa

I hope you have not ordered from budget-bride.com as I did in may and they cashed my money order but to date i have no flowers, have emailed them 3 times with no response, phoned and left messages and still no replies.

I have had the same problem contacting budet- bride. They charged my card and sent out the color samples I requested, but I have never recieved the center piece I ordered, and I ordered it back in April!
If you get a phone number please post it.

I just looked budget-bride.com up on the BBB, and they have recieved an unsatisfactory rating, due to customer service issues.

I also contacted the BBB of Alberta and was told to contact Alberta Government Services. Although they took my complaint and asked me to also fax it to them, which I did, they suggested I contact the Competition Bureau of Canada. I did by complaining online to cb-bc.gc.ca They have an online complaint form. I received an email back from them stating they would look into it. Please anyone that has had problems with this company FILE A COMPLAINT so we can at least stop others from being scammed. Thanks

Ironically after I posted my messages... I got a response to one of my emails from budget- bride. They refunded me immediately for the center piece I never recieved. The email addresses I used were: info@budget-bride.com and budget-bride@shaw.ca ... I made sure to send the email to both.
In the mean time this is the website I may be ordering from instead. Www.silkflowerfarms.com ... Anyone know anything about this site? They`re not listed on the BBB.. Wish me luck!

Don`t bother! After reading these reviews I found www.afloral.com! I ordered the flowers and I just got them in! They are beautiful and I am going to have a beautiful wedding!

I fell for this scam, but I am not going to rest until I receive a refund. Don`t order from this website.
