I can`t believe you! You do not know what the problem was and you tell someone to SUE! Get a grip. What is is with people like you that think just because something was not done correctly you should sue someone. I guess you have never done anything that was not up to par for someone else`s taste. Did you get sued?

To the original poster of the thread, I hate to hear that someone did not follow through for you but I am sure there are alternatives to sueing someone to rectify your situation. Best of luck

Yes I am talking to you! You are the type of person that clogs up our judicial system with bogus lawsuits that cause less time for true crimes to be tried in a professional way. There are too many of "you" out there. You do not just sue someone because you don`t like something. You deal with it in a grown up matter. If then you do not get rectification then you go to a more extreme manner. But you just hear that someone did not do something right and think "call a lawyer and sue". That makes no sense at all. You do not have any idea what this Limo service did or not do. This lady may be able to contact them or the owner and get rectification without a lawsuit.

Lori I suppose you have now started writing posts and signing other peoples names to them, like you did above with my name.

I simply was trying to make a point to you that if something is not up to your standards then you don`t just run out and sue someone. Obviously you cannot take other peoples opinions well. Instead you must run your mouth and act like a child.

Being an attorney I know what types of unnedded lawsuits are taken into the court rooms. Yes, clogging them up and causing backlogs as to where the real criminal cases don`t get the attention they need or actually sometimes get dropped without a trial. Do you know I saw a 4 year old boy who was obviously abused. Cigarette burns on him and the Dept of Social Services and the detective in charge concluded in their investigation that the child was being abused by his step mother. The mother of this childs only hope was to take this into court so that she did not have to send him to his fathers house anymore. The father has court ordered visitation rights so if she doesn`t send him on his weekends then the mother would go to jail.

Anyhow, the DA did not take the case to court. The backlog of cases including many many silly lawsuits (and I am not saying all are silly, but many are), did not allow the courts the time to deal with this case. So this little boy was sent kicking and screaming to his fathers house and the mother was then helpless to do anything about it. Six months later the boy almost died.....it still never went to trial.

All I am saying is people have to think about their actions and deal with things in a grown manner before just running out to hire an attorney. We need to be available for the people who really need us.

The only time Accaria Limo has any problems with its clients is when they DO NOT WANT TO PAY what they owe. Don`t know exactly who wrote this blog, BUT there is One bride who tried to steal 30 minutes of overtime on two cars. Would you like to work for free. Our contract CLEARLY states all cars are for three (3) hours. We will allow up to 15 minutes grace if cars run less than 15 minutes. THis bride planned on and USED the car for 35 minutes, and refused to pay. The bride was HORRIBLE, not Accaria Limo.
