Place Card W/ Children Question

I am in the process of making my place cards and do not know how to go about making ones for the children. Do I make separate ones or do I include them with their parents? Will it all fit on one placement card? I need HELP!!! My wedding is next week!!!!

You can do both actually. Since the children will be sitting with the parents, you can just have the Mother`s name or Father`s name and the child under or you can have them seperate. I got that answer from the Everything book.
