Wedding Theme With Hearts

Hi to all...My daughter is getting married next June and she is wanting to use Hearts as a theme...(She got enagaed on V/Day of this year)..Does anyone have some different or unique thoughts? Centerpeices/favors/etc...Would love to hear from you...Also, does anyone have a nice reading/poem to read from mother to daughter?..The wedding will be outdoor in a beautiful garden....Colors are sage with silver and a hint of pewiwinkle/cornflower....thanks for you help..anita
