HOB In Oak Lawn, IL Stay Away

I`m standing up in my friends wedding in one month. I just found out today that my bridesmaids dress along with one othere isn`t in and they don`t know when they will be in. The told my friend they aren`t responsible and can`t do anything about it. On top of that they told her she should have lied about her wedding date to ensure the arrivail of the dresses.

When we tried on the dresses they weren`t very helpful or nice. The lady was pushing me to get a size too big so they would have to alter it and get more money off me. The 3 other bridesmaids and myself had to partically force her hand to get a smaller dress for me to try. She said they didn`t get any smaples in a smaller size but when pressed found a similar dress by the same designer in a smaller size.

I heard a different lady in the store helping another group and she was just down right mean to them. I couldn`t believe this place. I assumed it was just this store being poorly run. Had I found this and other websites with complaints I would have warned my friend.
