No Best Man

I dont know what to do !!! We are getting Married in August, I have my Maid of horor and my future husband has no Best Man he say he wants his mother to be the Best Man is this okay i really dont mind but my thinking is that she should be enjoying the ceromony?

Can he use a cousin, brother or uncle? If he has no best friend, he can use another male in the family or if your Maid of honor is married, her husband can sub.
