September Beach Wedding

I am getting married on September 15, 2007. I would like a beach wedding maybe carribean or florida emerald coast. However, sept is kind of in the middle of hurricane season? any thoughts, I am from arkansas and florida would be somewhat close for family to attend but i am still worried about the time of year?

If you want to get married in florida I would look into panama city beach I got married there august 2004 when they thought Ivan was going to hit there we were even on cnn as a couple going to get married during a hurricane well it missed there and hit almost everywhere else anyway panama city is beautiful and alot to do there for family as well...Shannon
