Hello - please clarify... Are you asking how old you have to be to have a period, or are you asking the best part of the monthly cycle to become pregnant?

How old are you? You sound very young and if you are a teenager, I surely cannot give you an answer on this. You need to talk to your parents or someone in your family. Even a school counselor.
