DON`T ORDER FROM HOUSE OF BRIDES- if you want dresses before your wedding you will pick another store to buy from. We ordered five dresses - picked out at the Glen Ellyn store in Chicago and were told to order through the web-site to save on shipping they were ordered in January- it is May 17. No one has their dress and the wedding is 3 weeks away. Can not get through to customer service and won`t respond to messages left or e-mails. We were charged the day we ordered. I thought you couldn`t charge an account until it was shipped? Anyone with suggestions on how to get our money back? As for the what the bridesmaid are going to where? Still trying to figure it out. There are numerous complaint from the BBB. Don`t order from this company - you will have nothing but heartache and trouble.
