Not to worry (at least I think not)...I had the exact same issues you did. I saw that my dress order was processed, but I never received a confirmation order regarding delivery dates. So, I kept calling and calling, would wait on the phone for as long as needed (sometimes 30 minutes, and one lady told me there were only 2 people working the phones), and finally found someone to help me. Honestly, I think that`s all you can do. Once I spoke to the cust. Service rep, they informed me my dress had been shipped that day. While I never received a delivery timeframe or a shipment notice, I received my dress just fine (and within less than 2 months). It was the right size, and was very clean. Good luck!
