I once saw someone put flowers in a teaset for a centerpeice. Doilees are good for this theme.
You can even go all out English style and have some crumpets :) Some good colors to go with are, lavender, baby blue, soft pink, and a tea green.
Maybe you can do a craft with tea cups, set up a tea set with some dolls too maybe. Do some research on proper elegant eating, like how to hold your cup and sip it..etc and have fun with that. Or if you don`t preffer the elegance, you can do the Alice in Wonderland tea party, singing pots, cakes, and weird hats ;)
Let me know if you need anymore ideas

How about having a teddy bear tea party where the children can make their own teddy bears & then have a tea party witht heir new friend. Make p&J finger sandwiches & kool-aid served in tea cups & the kids will have a great time. If you want ot know where to get the teddy bears visit www.noahsarkworkshop.com/elenagogola9
