NEEDS HELP SWEET 16

My mom has had lunng cancer and she is recovering i will be 16 in 3 months and my moms sickness set us back on planning.. I dont know what im doing.. But if anyone could help out or knows of anywere i can get a photographer or a dj or anything cheap let me know thank you

Well my family friend is a photographer and his company is fread marcus and his name is andy marcus. I also know a dj and band called steven scott.
