Destination Wedding (beach)
We are just starting to plan our wedding. At first we were going to have a nice wedding around our home town, but we are exploring our options. We are now actually thinking about going away to get married. We are trying to find places that are all inclusive for the wedding and honeymoon. We do not want to have to spend too much money and figured this would be a great idea. The only thing we have decided on is that we would like a beach wedding and a good photographer/videographer is a must. We have checked out some websites on weddings in Fiji, Hawaii, and the Virgin Islands. If anyone has any ideas for places to go for a beautiful beach wedding let me know.

I am getting married April 2003 in Rivera Maya, Mexico. On a private part of the beach with approx 70 guests are joining us. You can see we had a lot of people coming and it was very important to make it resonably priced. For us it was 1200 for 7 nights and for our guest for 4 nights it was $650 per person. It is all inclusive food, drinks, entertainment and a beautiful beach!!!! Now I would NEVER pick Mexico only because I am an Aruba girl and ocean water like that. When we went to Cozumel and Playa Del Carmen we saw Rivera Maya!! OH MY GOSH WAS IT GREAT!!! High reviews, our travel coordinator has been there and loved it!!!!!
Cheap, built in 2000, and very romantic. Your choice is on beach, in a tropical setting or pool side.
We are so excited and we are doing it on the beach. 3 people on each side and I am going to wear a sundress with no sandals!!!
We are doing a dinner on the beach with torches and private waiters with open bar. Now this is a little expensive but the whole thing comes to less than 5000 for that entire day with 70 guests and live music etc....
Make it happen, do what feels right and good luck. This has been my dream as well!!!

Thanks for the idea. Sounds like it is going to be a great wedding and I hope it goes well. I am in Delaware. It should be a great deal for us considering we have decided to have an intimate wedding with just the two of us. I am going to check that site out. We got an all inclusive package from Sandal`s Royal Caribbean in Montego Bay jamaica... 8 nights with air was $4666 and we are flying out of Salt Lake City, UT...i am in Montana and he is from New Mexico. Air from the east coast is dirt cheap usually to the Caribbean. Check them out online... Wedding is free w/ a stay of 5 nights or more...we are just paying for the extra photography and video...coming back home and throwing a big reception in NM
