David`s Bridal Sucks

OK...Let`s see where do I begin. This is the short version. I picked out my bridesmaid dresses at David`s Bridal. Citrus green skirt, white strapless top, citrus green ribbon and flower to pin on the ribbon. Well, first my bridesmaids (#1 & #2) called from Florida and were telling me DB said the color was purple...uh no..it`s citrus green. Then they were telling them the top was citrus green...no it`s white. DUH...it`s in the system. Well, they get the dresses ordered and they failed or order the whole dress for my sister bridesmaid #3. Also, my other bridesmaid #4 is now pregnant, which means she had to exchange her dress. She left early from work that day to head to the Tri-County David`s Bridal to exchange her too small dress for what they had on the floor, since it was too late to order a larger size. Well, she exchanged her size 8 top and size 10 bottom for a size 10 top and 14 bottom. We thought all was ok, until a week ago (two weeks before the wedding) when she tried on the dress. They gave her the wrong sizes back, the 8 and 10, which is what she wanted to exchange in the first place!!!! We called DB and they said they had the top, but not the bottom. So, they had to search for a 14 bottom in citrus green. They finally found it, but when it arrived on Monday, the zipper was ripped. They had to find another size 14 and have it shipped again. So, it`s a week and a half until the wedding and one of my bridesmaids doesn`t fit into her dress because of their mistake!!!!!!!. I spoke with my friend (bridesmaid #1)the other day and said she had a hell of a time with her shoes. They kept asking her what style of shoes she was supposed to have and if they were dyed. (I think they lost her shoes because it took 4 weeks longer to get them) I just don`t understand it, shouldn`t all of the info be in the system??? Why is it so hard to order or exchange a dress? We`re ordering bridesmaid dresses, it shouldn`t be that confusing or difficult. The last thing I need to worry about is whether all of my bridesmaids are going to have the right color or right dresses when we`re walking down the aisle. Anyone else have problems with DB????
