HELP 13th Birthday

I`m turning 13 in June and I wanna have a cool, elaborate party that everyone remembers. I don`t want it to cost more thatn $200 because I had a big party last year too. I probably want boy/girl but i`m not against having like a makeover party or a girls day out. I live in st. Louis and i always thought that a road trip would be really fun but it can`t be far because my parents don`t wanna drive more than 3 or 4 hours away. I really need some suggestions because my birthdays like 45 days away and I need to plan it and get invitations out. O yeah....I like big parties with a lot of friends but I`m open to new things. Any ideas?
