Try to come up with a Centerpiece you can Make Yourself. Also look into having your dress Made by a Seamstress instead of Purchasing it at a Bridal shop.
Check out Hobby Lobby for Sale Items you can get your Flowers there for your Bouquets, Boutineers & Corsages. They also sell 24 Wedding Bubbles for $2.99 which you can inexpensively decorate by yourself. Also try your Dollar stores for Candles, Floral Rings, & Candle Holders. Big Lots is also a Good place to look if you have one in your area. I purchased my 48 CandleHolders for my Wedding & spent $35.00.
Also watch your Fabric Stores & Wal-Mart I found a set of $20.00 Wedding Glasses at Wal-mart for $5.00. I also picked up my Ink pen to register our Guests for $3.00. Just take your time & look around. You`ll know what you`re looking for when you find it.

Well, 1st of all do as much as you can by yourself. You could have apple/ornges/small pumpkins (can grow your own mini pumpkins). And use them for centerpieces.

Also you could get a group of friends and collect the beautiful fallen leaves and use them down the isle or on tables.

Start looking for sales for anything you could use for your wedding, you would be surprised on how much you can save if you slowly buy things on sale.

Go to your local floral shop and see if you can get bulk flowers and do your own flowers, or look online for bulk flowers.

Plan a wedding that would not include serving a full meal, and look for places that are not expensive. You can decorate fairly cheap if you want to.

Like many people said, look for an outdoor area, or a back yard, very cheap if not free.

I hope this helps!

I recently visited the Mystic and surrounding area of CT and couldn`t believe how many beautiful B&B`s there are. If you`re thinking of an intimate group of friends and family, that might be a great choice for you. Also, I recall seeing two or three wine producers in the area. Vineyards make wonderful backdrops for weddings and will often cater to a special occasion, like yours. And there`s the casino - an unusual and fun place for a wedding.

I am a wedding planner in Massachusetts, however, I can still help make your planning less stressful and still stay in your budget. If you`d like more information on the services I provide, contact me at mansurfamily@hotmail.com. And if I can`t help, I may be able to put you in touch with a more "local" planner.

I have a wedding dress, veil and shoes that have never been worn for 500.00 and the dress is 1500.00 hoping to sell it to someone that will get a chance to wear it because I didn`t. Email me if interested at debbie_nord@yahoo.com and will send photos of it.

I`m getting married at the University club at UCI (Irvine) this November and I have 120 guests. My total price at the University Club, which included club membership ($150), ceremony site, reception site, all rentals and food is under $4,000. Plus, they just added a gazebo outside. It`s really beautiful! I`m pretty sure they have a website. Just do a google search for "University Club UCI." Congrats and good luck!
