Repeat Question

I had posted a question yesterday and I do not see it on this message board. I need HELP. How do I word invitations when some will attend a reception in LV and others will attend in Pa. (home) A large portion of the LV guests are closed friends and family that live closer to LV and the rest will be invited to a reception here 6 weeks later???? I need input on how to word this. We would welcome anyone to the LV affair of course most won`t beable to attend that one?????
