Donna - For a single strand balloon arch you need light weight fishing line and helium filled balloons. You fill the balloon with helium tie knot, tie the fishing line to the balloon (the length of the fishing line determines how far apart you want your balloons to be. Continue above procedure until you have reached your desired length or height. I used tent stakes to ancho the ends of the arch (outdoor wedding), for indoors you can a bottle filled with water or sand, party supply places sell balloon anchors. Hope this helps

You should just go to Party City, They sell the kit there for you and it`s really easy to make. They even have them in shapes of hearts. If there is anything that I can help you with, i.e. Centerpieces, favors, place cards, programs, etc...

You can make one out of conduit pipe (pvc) from your local hardware store. Then buy ballon decorating strip and wrap it around the conduit pipe. Attach conduit pipe to a hand made base that has a pipe flange attached to it. The base can be made out of steel or wood. Go to www.ballon-decoration-guide.com/columns.html and check it out. I shows you everything you need to know. Good luck! I`m about to try it out myself...
