Decorations For Sweet Sixteen?
My theme is A Night Under the Stars. Does anyone have any ideas on how to decorate the hall? i`m not supposed to put anything on the walls or ceiling. Can you help? reply or e-mail me at dramaqueen5@bellsouth.net

Place med/large stars standing on the table tops,
And along the wall on the floor.. Sprinkle star
Confetii on tables etc...
