Tiffany Box Centerpieces

I am giving my daughter a sweet sixteen party and wanted some ideas for centerpieces. We are doing a Tiffany blue theme. I was thinking maybe we could get some boxes in the shape of tiffany boxes and fill the with roses. I am open to any suggestions.

I have given my daughter a baby shower and the theme was baby blocks. Well I got the rectangle boxes at wal-mart for about $3.00 I painted them light blue and put letters in the center with trim around the letters. It spell out the baby`s name. Well I am thinking you can do the same. Buy the boxes and paint the color of a Tiffany box as for the ribbon on the box go to a A.C. Moore Craft store and buy some wood it`s like trim which can be painted also.

I am starting to help my niece plan an engagement party. She would like the theme to be a Tiffany party. I too thought maybe boxes or gift bags with some flowers. But don`t know what else to do. She would also like a 1940`s wedding. Any ideas? If I find something we could use I will let you know, would you please do the same.
