Dessert Buffets
My fiance and I are throwing around the idea of having a dessert buffet for our "meal" at our wedding. Its an outdoor wedding in November. Mind you, this is South Texas and it never gets cold here! We are still wearing shorts in November..anyway, does anyone have any ideas about what we can serve other than cake.

A dessert buffet sounds like a nice idea, but please consider your guests and possible medical needs. Many people are diabetic or on special carb diets. Real food is a must especially if alcohol will be served . Just a moms point of view-----I

It`s their day and if they want a dessert only wedding reception, then it is theirs to have their way. Enjoy your day and think of what it is that you want for YOUR day.
