Policies?

I know i defended david`s before i was an employee for the david`s in brea, ca, and i`m glad to say i finally quit because it truly is crap to shop in, work in and get anything that you`ll fell you need. I just got recently engaged myself and not once in my mind i thought about getting y dress and or dresses there(bms) as you all may know obviously the service does suck but believe when i say it`s not the employees its the management team. No one and i repeat no one gets trained at all, nor do the managers know a thing aboutcustomer service. I`ve had some great jobs and i know how to work hard and this is the first time i`ve truly hated working somewhere. You know it`s bad when the MANAGER!! is asking you, the consultant things on what to do.Not only is that ignorant but unbelievable that idiots actually have that position.Since i know that we sucked i always tied to be the best consultant for my brides, i`ve even become friends with them. And with al that said can you imagine telling them that there orders aren`t in because the receiver is lazy? or that some other idiot stole the sale and submitted each dres individually? Absolutely ridiculous, and i hope they see this and read what i`m saying now.
David`s has a very high turnover in staff because they underpay us, no lunches or breaks and 12 hour shifts with the previous mentioned.The sad thing is they hire anyone who walks in through the door. That`s sad wish i could warn them. But anyways ladies, i`m moving on to something better, And hope you all do as well. Thanks
