Please Someone - Advise????

I am on the verge of a nervous breakdown over this wedding. Everything is going so wrong. What I am really panicked about right now is my wedding dress. I ordered it back in August, with a due in date of the 1st of December. Because my wedding is February 14, I called a few times to check on the status (December seemed like a short time to leave for fittings and I have not even seen the dress in person, only viewed a picture of it).

Anyway, the bridal shop made me feel neurotic for my calls, but now it`s December 17th and no dress. Worse, I just got a call from them today telling me that the manufacturer hasn`t even begun to make the dress. Is this normal? Am I going to have no dress for my wedding????? If anyone has had this experience please reply.
