50th B-Day Party For Moms

I am in the process of planning a 50th party for my moms. I am in need of desperate help. I have smaller sisters and I am the only one planning this by myself along with my father. We have never done this before and really need creative ideas (i.e. Themes, colors, and etc. We are looking at approximately 100 guests. Help.....Help.......
