I Need To Plan A Sweet 17 Birthday Bash For Under $1,500

For my 16th birthday, I wanted to go-all-out and have a Super Sweet 16, but my father told me it wasn`t in our budget; Now I`m turning 17 and I want to try again, if you have any ideas and/or suggestions PLEASE e-mail me!
