11th B-Day Party Help Please

I`m having a party in July and I need some games. I`m doing a tacky party and I have just 2 or 3 games and I need a ton because the guests and staying from 2:00pm to 7:00pm. I don`t have a very big buget just 14 dollars. What can I do that will please 10 girls? 1 has some problems and I can`t have candy because she is like really wound up if I do. Any way to keep everyone(Including me) happy? I have to know because I`m having a friend help me. So even though it`s not for a while I have to plan. Thanks for helping me!
