Well, weight is all a state of mind ,you think about it the more you gain. Try a plan that fits in with your other planned activities, sometimes if you just walk down to the local market instead of driving that does the trick.

I gained over 30 lbs. With the DepoProvera shot. I thought I was just over eating, but the month I stopped taking it, I lost all but 15 of the lbs.
