Getting Married

I have been with my fiance for 11 years. We have known each other since elementary school. We graduated and stayed friends. I chose college and he went to a trade school owns a barber shop and drives trucks cross country. He popped the question and now I am on cloud 9. We have been in the process of having a house built and planning a wedding. I am at a loss. We are not sure if we want:
1. Garden Wedding & Reception
2. Castle Wedding & Reception
3. Destination Wedding & Reception
4. Cruise Wedding & Reception

Can anyone help me with this? I found a few castles, one in Louisanna, North Carolina, London and Italy. Not sure if we wanted our families to have to pay to see us get married and most of the places that we chose is away. We wanted to enjoy a week with our guests and families and then take an extra week away for a private honeymoon. Does anyone have any help that they can give to me? Connie is doing my favors and centerpieces so please so not post for me to buy anything, I just want ideas about my locations. Thanks.
