How To Install Tulle Strips & Lights On Ceilings

How do you hang the tulle strips and lighting hookup for 5 strips of tulle on a ceiling for a wedidng its on a drop ceiling that has the metal strips on it.

There are three columns the two end ones have a outlet for plugs these are36 ft and the other 2 are 26ft, they want them to swag a bit too so the tulle will have to longer where would you connct the lights and how many strands would be needed? help Please
