Im assuming there will not be many people there so you could go out to dinner at a restaurant or cook out at home, make all the food yourselves or have friends/ family help. You could also plant flowers at your house and use those for your flowers and decorations. Set up a tent and put white christmas lights/lanterns in it. You just need to decide what is most important to you and spend the money on that then try to skim some off of the rest.

Get married in the summer in the park at a nice Gazebo and have a really nice picnic or BBQ style reception. My cousin did this and they decorated the park area, the benches were nice and they covered the tables and we had a huge barbecue and it was really nice. Children were able to come, they had hotdogs and chips, there was balls, jump ropes and a playground near by and we played baseball, kickball, volleyball. It was really nice. You can also get married at a chapel and have a picnic in the park for the reception. I am sure that your family will help you with making the salads. Buy bulk chicken, hotdogs, hamburgers and snacks. Get a really nice cake (can even be a sheet cake with your names on it). Get shirts that says Bride and Groom and the matching baseball caps with the bride`s having a veil on it. Throw a bouquet and garter and have fun. Get someone to help you make favors. It will be nice.
