Butterfly Wedding Theme

I am having an outdoor wedding on a farm and butterflies have become my theme. If anyone has any suggestion on wedding dress ideas or decorating, please let me know. It will be a casual wedding in September.

Hello,
I am also doing a butterfly theme. I have some pictures of butterfly wedding cakes I could email to you if you`d like. I have found a collection of ring pillows, guest books, unity candles etc in various catalogs but I purchased mine off ebay. I am currently working on the wording for my invitations if anyone has any suggestions. I found butterfly invitations and I would like to incorporate something butterfly in the wording. Good luck all !!

In case no one has suggested it yet...imput into your computer-butterfly farms+california...or what ever state you are in. You can buy live butterflies, that can be released during or after the ceremony. It would be a beautiful sight. Best wishes to you!

If you are thinking about releasing real butterflies, don`t. My friend did it last year and when we opened the boxes to release them they went everywhere but up. If you are considering it, open a "tester" and watch what it does. When they are all opened at once it looks more like attack of the butterflies than a romantic gesture.

You can find butterfly themed items from favor magnets to cake servers at www.Weddingcram.com they have free shipping ..... Or did you try Michaels craft shop?

I`m always offering my advice to help others ..... Anyone know where I can find good wedding scrolls?

Thanks~

Check out the website for Cathy`s Concepts. There is a whole accessory line with butterflies.
If you check the internet, you can also find a headpiece that has butterflies in it.
Good luck

I made my center pieces, and everyone complemented me on them,,,, I got a small glass globe from Wal-mart (they cost me $.50 ea) I put white sand and I got some gold and silver sand from a craft store, and I got some Gold and silver Butterflies and Dragonfies rubins at Michaels, , got white flower rings and I did put votive candles in the globe, they really look great and they did not cost me more then $5.00 a piece.
I hope this help.. Good luck
