Gift Or No Gift
If you are declining a wedding invitation, someone I haven`t seen in years and hardly know, do you still send gift? Thanks!

That is entirely up to you. If you are close friends, relative, or in-law in some way to either the bride or groom, you should probably send something. But it is not required.
