Order Of The Quinceanera

Can someone tell me the order that Im supposed to do things especially at the reception. I mean thing like - different dances and other traditions.

I also have another problem-- My dad does not like to be in public AT ALL. And he has made it perfectly clear that he is not going to attend. Well I was wondering if it would be wrong if I had my uncle ( like my 2nd father) do the things that my dad was supposed to do.....things like changing my shoes/putting my ankle bracelet on---and I think that my chambelane is going to be the one that is gonna walk me down the aisle (because if I know my mom, she is not gonna wanna do that). Please help!
