In Store Dresses

I am very displeased with the David`s Bridal in Lincoln Nebraska. We had a horrible experience as I have heard from several people now. My daughter tried on bridesmaids dresses. Zipper was broke and they had to cut the dress off of her. I aked them if they discounted the dresses on the rack since after all they were "used" after many people tried them on versus ordering a "new" one. They told me the price was the same. I was outraged.. They also wanted 100% of the money before ordering. This is alot of money being exchanged. I have heard from a bride, nurse that received an ordered wedding dress that was bagged and ready to pick up and found only to have stains on it. Are the dresses tried on in the store being passed off as new ones? I will never do business with a store like this. I have boughten my daughter`s wedding dress, bridesmaids, accessories, etc, all at J.Maries bridal in Lincoln because of friendly service, brand new gown, cleaned, bagged, etc... I may have paid more but was very pleased with the outcome. I sincerely hope you will check into this if you want to continue with your business. A business like this definately needs to be turned into the Better Business Bureau of LIncoln.
