Your Stores SUCKS!!!!

So why don`t you tell us how you really feel? If you had such a bad experience, it wasn`t the store, it wasn the people in the store. I read your other post and believe me, those alteration prices are cheap. Many places charge brides $300+ for alterations on their gowns (depending on where you live) not to mention, there are a list of questions that you ask before you purchase anything from any store so you didn`t do your homework or your job as a bride (or in your case the mother of the bride). You get recommendations on stores, ask them for their testimonies, look them up on BBB website and ask many questions about all pricing information before you purchase anything. Excitement may set in when you find a gown but if you do not ask all of the questiions for things concerning your day, then you will get screwed more than once. Enjoy your day.

I spoke to the store manager, and my problem weas the rudeness of the alteration girl...not the amount.
The manager said they had problems with her,and would send me a box to have the gown preserved for free.....well, it`s been almost a year, and no box....and when you say "do your homework", they could as a service make you aware at the start.

Karen`s right, that store sucks. Besides the rudeness, the prices are high! I could cut that cost by at least 1/3rd. Karen`s cool!
