Red Necks

As i keep reading theres got to be something outt here it ruins alot of someones self esteem it has mine i got red i had to buy a wedding dress way up to my neck in a june wedding tell me that wasnt weird but i had to and boy didnt i get red but its always on our minds it is for me its terrible i HATE IT i have beeb shy but have broken out but when i have to talk back to someone wow red neck and chest i cant even dress nice because i always have to dress for a red neck because it can happen at anytime accident interviews meetings etc... My bp is fine throid is fine so i have no clue why this is happening
