A Birthday Party

I`m trying to throw a great birthday party for my fourteen year old girl. She doesn`t have that many friends coming but enough to make a statement. She loves music and things that glow. What should I do to throw my girl the best birthday party ever?

Yo0h sould really ask for yo0hr daughters opinion, unless its a surprise because if my mom threw me a party i would want her to0h tell me so0 i could chose what i want. And it dependz on the budget if yo0h want ideas yo0h could email me:
