Sweet 16

I am going to have a sweet 16 for my daughter and I am looking for this Big Rose that the girl sits in and it opens to present her. My friend had the same one but she can`t find where she got it or the card in which she rented from. There is also a shell that open also. If you have any idea of where to find these items, please inform me. I want to do my daughter`s sweet 16 on November of 2003.
