I have a large supply of ostrich plume feathers. They are between 15-22" long. I can sell them to you for $2.50 each feather. Please email me with interest and colors needed.

I am after 22 large white ostrich feather plumes to assemble to staves to make feather fans for a show, the 21 to 22" size should be fine!!!
If you have white, or maybe a pastel colour such as pink or blue, that would be fine also. If you have them , I`m in Los Angeles, how long does delivery time take?
