Planning A Quince

I am planning my daughter`s quince and I have never planned one before. I have been researching quinceaneras on the internet. You will find ALOT of information on the internet if you have the patience to look through the hundreds of sites there are out there. A book that really helped me is called
Quinceanera:The Essential Guide to Planning the Perfect Sweet Fifteen Celebration by Michele Salcedo
You can buy it online at amazon.com but it is kind of expensive. Last time I checked it was running for about $65 dollars. I was able to borrow the book from my local library so start there first. I also ordered a planner from www.quinceanera-boutique.com. I have not received it yet so I don`t know if it will be useful to me yet. I will let you know. For anyone that lives in Texas, there is a Quinceanera Expo Show in San Antonio, Texas on March 26th that I plan to go to. They have all kinds of vendors selling things related to quinces. I hope this helps because it is very hard to get info about planning quinces. I will update as I go along and share anything that could help other moms out there.
