If you are like me then were excited to watch MY SUPER SWEET 16 after Laguna Beach every week. You proclaimed how much you hated the spoiled brats on the show while secretly wishing you had an awesome party like they did. If you`re turning 21 and you`re going on a trip with your friends to celebrate, then MTV wants to hear from you! MTV is looking for someone who`s having the craziest, most over-the-top 21st birthday party ever!
