Hair And Makeup

I`m just wondering what i should do about costs for my matron of honor and bridesmaid. My fiance and i are paying for half of their dress, and they agreed to pay the rest. What i`m wondering about is who pays for hair and makeup, they both have shorter hair, but i would like it be styled by a professional as well as have their makeup done. My gift to them is a day at the spa for a manicure and a relaxing pedicure. I don`;t know what to do. One of my bridesmaids is having trouble financially right now, what do i do
