Cheap Outdoor Wedding West Of PHX Needed!

Greetings fellow wedding planners! I`m searching for an inexpensive place to have an outdoor wedding somewhere on the west side of the Phoenix Valley. We don`t need a photographer, flowers, catering, or a limo, just a nice garden like setting for the ceremony. Anybody got any ideas? We are planning on a March 3, 2003 wedding date (Monday).
